Also, make sure the shop and waiting rooms are clean and you have a knowledgeable, intelligent, and courteous person at first point of contact. Am I getting quality work at a fair price. #3 - Do they deliver when they promised. If they say it'll be ready tomorrow, it better be done when I get there. #4 - No surprises. Good Communications with the customer. I need to know what they are doing, why they are doing it, how much is it going to cost and when will it be done. I don't want to hear that it cost 20% over the estimate and I was never informed.<br><b>References : </b><br> #1 – The Quality of the work they do.
