The power window on the passenger side of my 96 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme (I know be jealous haha) just stopped working. What would I have to do to fix this problem? Or does anyone have a rough estimate of how much it would cost to get it working again? Thanks!
new window motor, your looking at $175 to $200 to have it repaired at a local mechanic, don’t take it to a dealer as you will get ripped off on the price of the motor.

the power window motor could be worn out.first off you need to pull of the inner door panel to access the motor.then check to see if the motor is getting juice/voltage.if so then the motor is bad.if not it could be the switch.that’s when you would test the switch for juice/voltage.which at that point you would know.i bet to have it fixed by a garage your looking at at least a few hundred dollars.your best bet is to find someone you know that has some mechanical abilities and have them check out the car.
