I left to work overseas in 2005, but am ready to come back home and continue working as an dealership auto repair tech. I’m just worried about an upcoming recession and how that may affect the my field, as it is highly dependent on the amount of cash consumers can spend on maintaining their vehicles. If the outlook is not bright, I guess my only option is to continue working overseas.
IT IS VERY SLOW ALL OVER THE U .S. AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE THIS WAY TILL 2009.

The man who mows the grass for the church next door threw a rock while mowing & completely busted my passenger window out, I did not see it happen, but I seen the grass freshly mowed & my now shattered window.
I don’t know who he is & can not talk to anyone about it until tomorrow, is he legally responsible for replacing it?
It can be referred to the Church’s insurance carrier, and it will be up to them.
From a legal standpoint, you would need to prove negligence. This was an accident, not an intentional act, so that will be difficult
how can we solve car-repair shops have a lot of old car tires that need to be gotten rid of?
